Saunders Stevenson was formed in 1995 by Shareholder Directors Ken Saunders and Heemi Stevenson who have combined experience in excess of 70 years in the project management and quantity surveying professions.
The directors take a personal interest in all commissions and work with the client direct on their project; it is this personal and hands on approach that is our point of difference. Once the project has been defined, we and our team will ensure that timelines, quality and budgets are maintained.
Saunders Stevenson undertakes projects from minor alterations work to multi million dollar developments throughout New Zealand. We have office support comprising I.T manager, technical and office managers and a network of experienced and qualified contract quantity surveyors.
Saunders Stevenson is actively involved in continuing professional development programmes and utilises a quality assurance system based on ISO 9001. We have extensive experience in Green Building / Enviro Design and specialise in both Heritage and compliance work (earthquake strengthening, weather tightness, RMA and condition assessments). We also have the capability, resources and experience to engage in joint venture or collaborative project work.
